NASCAR Heat 3 Races Onto PS4, Xbox One, PC September 7th For $49.99

704Games and Monster Games announced that NASCAR Heat 3 is set to arrive on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and on Steam for PC starting September 7th. The game will be available for $49.99 and those who pre-order the game will receive a $50 race-ticket coupon for attending NASCAR-sanctioned events at one of the Speedway Motorsports, Dover International Speedway, or Indianapolis Motorspeedway races through 2019.

As for the game itself, it will be available both digitally and at local retailers for home consoles, while the PC version will only be available digitally.

NASCAR Heat 3 actually comes jam packed with a lot of content. In addition to the standard oval tracks that most fans of the motorsport have become accustomed to, there’s also the new Xtreme Dirt Tour series featured in the game, where you’ll compete across eight all new dirt tracks using the off-road racers, and there’s the official NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events as well.

You can see each of the NASCAR racing disciplines in action with the announcement trailer below.

Visually the trailer isn’t anything special. It’s the same kind of visual fidelity we’ve seen for years from the eighth-gen home consoles.

Where the game shines is in how many different racing options are available and the all new overhauled career mode where you’ll start off as a small town racer in the Xtreme Dirt Tour, and attempt to make a name for yourself racing in the events until you eventually build up a career and try your hand in the World Truck Series.

Once you master the lower tier races, you’ll need to move on to the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and then the Monster Energy NASCAR Series, and eventually become the top dog of the NASCAR series.

The game will come jam packed with the aforementioned career mode, along with an expanded multiplayer mode. They don’t say much about what the multiplayer mode will feature, but we do know that online tournaments will be available, along with local split-screen options.
