Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden Release Date Set For December 4th, 2018

Funcom and Swedish gaming outlet, The Bearded Ladies, are planning on releasing the dystopian, sci-fi, isometric strategy game, Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden at the very end of this year’s runway strip, hanging on to the thick-and-curlies of 2018 like dingleberries that just refuse to take a counter clockwise swim down the irrigation water-slide.

In this case, Funcom and The Bearded Ladies have secured a December 4th, 2018 release for the XCOM-inspired tactical turn-based strategy game, which is scheduled to release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, simultaneously.

The announcement for the release date was also accompanied by a brand new GamesCom 2018 trailer, which you can check out below.

The trailer starts with some genome experiments, a baby pig being birthed, and then it rounds out with the giant mutant hog busting down the door and giving a few snorts before showing the final release date.

Funcom and The Bearded Ladies also revealed details on the pre-order campaign (even though we all know the rule about pre-ordering: we’re just not educated enough to do it).

There will be a standard and deluxe edition of Mutant Year Zero, with the standard version set to cost $34.99 and the deluxe edition set to carry a $54.99 price tag.

The deluxe edition comes with a desktop wallpaper, a digital artbook, a digital soundtrack, and a digital copy of the original Mutant Year Zero pen-and-paper RPG book.

They’re also pimping a pre-order bonus of gaining access to the game three days before everyone else during the launch, which makes no sense to me because if the game is going to be primed and ready three days earlier why not just release it three days earlier in that case?

Lastly, we offer you our cheat for offline mode or single player, that possible to have a God Mode and One-Hit-Kills. But, please use it wisely and don’t use it on multiplayer game.

Anyway, you can learn more about the upcoming tactical turn-based strategy game with some RPG elements by visiting the official Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden website.
