God Eater 3 Set To Launch On PS4, PC February 8th, 2019
God Eater 3

Bandai Namco announced that the upcoming hack-and-slash action-RPG, God Eater 3, will release early next year on February 8th, 2019 for the PS4 and on Steam for PC. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer for the upcoming game.

The game contains the same kind of over-the-top approach to the characters and storytelling as the other God Eater games. Expect large scale battles against larger than life enemies, lots of cool looking weapons no normal human could ever possibly hope to wield, and a whole bunch of hot chicks with bare skin and big boobs to keep you entertained even when they’re talking about boring stuff you don’t care about.

You can check out the new trailer below, which highlights some of the gameplay and cinematics from the upcoming action-RPG.

Picking up from the previous entries in the series, players will need to battle against the monsters that are taking over the world.

Humanity is on the brink of extinction in a world that has become overrun with the monstrous beasts. With resources running thin and a small group of heroes looking to capitalize on saving the world and pushing back the monster scourge, players will attempt to journey with the cast of characters through their trials and tribulations to restore the world to the state before the destruction.

Gameplay wise, God Eater 3 is very similar to a faster-paced version of Monster Hunter. The big difference is that the large weapons don’t carry the sort of heft and slowness in God Eater like they do in Monster Hunter. You also have the added ability of utilizing more aerial-based attacks in God Eater as well.

You can look for the game to launch on the PS4 and on Steam for PC starting February 8th, 2019. However, given Sony’s censorious new policies against fan-service, it’s best to support the PC version of the game if you do decide to pick up a copy.
