Oh good golly! This is some much needed good news in the wake of all the censorship, de-platforming, de-monetization, and de-sexualization we’ve been reporting on over the last couple of weeks (or months, if you really want to be pedantic about it). Udon Entertainment announced that the special Street Fighter special cover pin-ups have become available for pre-order over on the Focus Attack official website.
The pin-up covers are available for $3.95 each, with the exception of the special blank sketch cover for $4.95 and Rob “Robaato” Porter’s specially made Shadow Chun-Li Bride alternate cover, which is available for $49.95.
The covers also include a standard bride variant for Chun-Li, with her leg high in the air so you get a nice, good, upskirt shot of her thong panties, and a full appreciation of her thunderously thick thighs. There’s also a pin-up of Cammy and Chun-Li in their workout outfits in the gym, one of Karin in a bikini, and the best of them all… Rainbow Mika cosplaying as the Spunky Knight. Mm, mm, mm.
That’s an old throwback I didn’t expect to see.
They explain over on the Udon Entertainment blog that 22 different artists will provide their take on Capcom’s iconic street fighting pugilists, providing them with pin-up quality poses and designs to get you feeling all tingly in all the wrong places for all the right reasons…
“ Get ready to kick off the summer with the guys and girls of Street Fighter in their brand new pin-up special! UDON Entertainment is thrilled to announce the release of the STREET FIGHTER 2019 PIN-UP SPECIAL #1. 22 artists, new to UDON, will showcase their love of Street Fighter with their first ever UDON illustrations!”
They’ve also teamed up with Kirby’s Comics in Texas, who will have an exclusive retailer-ready variant cover featuring Chun-Li and Laura in their bikini battle attireshowing off plenty of skin and lots of sex appeal.
This is a complete about-face in terms of content compared to what NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. Entertainment are doing with Mortal Kombat 11.
For those of you who don’t know, they’ve purposefully toned down the women in Mortal Kombat 11 and de-sexualized them in order to be more “mature” and “respectful”. They also said they won’t be adding “scantily clad items” to the game, so you won’t even able to recreate the “Klassic” costumes for the female fighters from the previous Mortal Kombat games.
The enraging part about it all is that all of the men get their classic outfits from Mortal Kombat 1 up through Mortal Kombat 9, and the men are also dressed down in as little as nothing but loin cloths. The double standards and sexist agenda is more than palpable.
Thankfully, Udon Entertainment seems to know what gamers crave, and if you want to support the enriching and sophisticated proliferation of boner culture, feel free to visit the Focus Attack store page for the Street Fighter 2019 pin-up covers.
