Nintendo Addresses New Switch Rumor, Says It Won’t Appear At E3 2019

Although we did not report it here on OAG, rumors have been circulating around and about a new Nintendo Switch device that will appear at E3 2019. Well, it looks like that rumor has been dispelled by the Big N’s Company president Shuntaro Furukawa.

Publication site reported that a lot of people seemingly want a cheaper and smaller version of the nifty Nintendo Switch and that it might happen at E3 2019. Contrary to that happening, Nintendo Company president Furukawa proved that the rumor was just a rumor in its recent earnings call (for the Fiscal Year 2019):

“As a general rule, we’re always working on new hardware and we will announce it when we are able to sell it, but we have no plans to announce that at this year’s E3 in June.”
