Daemon X Machina is Nintendo and Marvelous’ latest work. Appearing at Nintendo E3 2019 event comes this new mercenary, high-speed combat game where your arsenal and mech is fully customizable will be playable when September 13th, 2019 rolls around.
If you don’t know, Daemon X Machina is set after a catastrophic event where special energy that turns artificial intelligence against humanity is a thing. However, the Outers — a group of pilots who command mechs — possesses abilities after being afflicted by the mysterious energy and act as humanity’s guardians.
As for gameplay, you will assume a character whose abilities (and appearance) can be customized and used on various missions. After damaging a counterpart mech, you can dismember its body parts or scavenge its weapon and use them against another or the same enemy.
“When the moon tore apart, the sky bled red with light, ushering in an apocalyptic new age…and to survive, you must fight. As a mercenary, defend Earth through high-speed combat against corrupted robots in a series of missions from the cockpit of your Arsenal, a fully customizable mech. Equip your Arsenal with a vast array of parts and weapons, obtain more from downed enemy Arsenals, and swap them on the fly to suit your strategy in the face of ever-rising threats.”
