Gears 5 Includes Trans, Gay Pride Multiplayer Banners
Gears 5 Pride Flag

Ahead of the launch of Gears 5 for the Xbox One, Windows 10, and on Steam for PC, some new screenshots have been making their way around social media from the game’s multiplayer. The screenshots contain banners from the game’s multiplayer mode, and the banners are for gay pride and trans rights.

The news made headlines from a screenshot taken by Twitter user akii!, who posted the following messages on September 5th, 2019.

As is typical of Twitter, there are dozens of hipsters proclaiming how “cool” it is to have the agitprop featured front and center in the multiplayer, while also simultaneously acknowledging that they don’t actually play Gears of War games.

According to PC Gamer, there are 19 different LGBTQIA+ banners featured in the game, including flags for non-existent orientations such as “polysexual” and “gender-fluid”.

Bringing Left-wing sociopolitical propaganda to what’s supposed to be a third-person shooter filled with gruesome fanfare and violent encounters is now little more than a vehicle for Leftists to keep peppering the general public – and especially gamers – with their brainwashing antics.

They don’t say exactly how many banners are available in the multiplayer mode in total, so it’s not clear exactly what percentage of banners the pride flags take up, but 19 is still 19 too many… unless of course they also have the American flag in there, the Japanese Imperial flag, the Nazi Germany flag, and the Kekistan flag (a flag that Bungie banned from Destiny 2). Because if you’re going to include political propaganda in your game, either add something in there for everyone or don’t add it at all.

But that’s only part of the game’s marketing troubles.

Now that it’s heavily pushing the feminist angle, it managed to get support from former Gears of War lead, Cliff Bleszinski.

I can only imagine that much like Cliffy B’s Lawbreakers, Gears 5 is going to take the long-running franchise on a short trip to the Get Woke; Go Broke master list.
