House Of Golf, Multiplayer Mini-Golf Game Launches Exclusively On Nintendo Switch Nov 8th

Atomicom announced that their 3D miniature golf title, House of Golf, will be launching exclusively on the Nintendo Switch starting November 8th this month. The game allows for up to six people to play across a variety of levels themed around makeshift golf courses in a house.

There are five different districts that house a total of 130 different levels, spanning the likes of living rooms and attics, as well as kitchens and bedrooms.

The courses are made up of household accessories and appliances, and span a number of vertically inclined challenges that require players to hone in on their skills and utilize their abilities to accurately put the ball in the hole.

You can get an idea of what the gameplay is like with the launch trailer below.

According to Atomicom, the game is arcade-based so you don’t have to worry about spin, wind, or quantum-calculations to figure out how to get the ball in the hole.

A lot of it is dependent on basic physics and simple power and aiming tactics in order to progress through each of the levels. It’s a casual party game for people who have some friends over and want to play through some visually accommodating golf challenges.

In addition to the basic gameplay features and levels, there’s also a variety of unlockable collectibles that you can acquire, too.

All of this is packed into a game that runs at 60 frames per second, so it not only looks decent but plays fast, too.

Obviously if you were going in expecting another RPG like Golf Story you’ll have to look elsewhere, but for $9.99 it seems like House of Golf might be a decent party game for those of you looking for some kind miscellaneous fun to have with friends. Pre-orders are currently live right now and carry a 25% off discount leading up to release. However, pre-orders are the bane of our current industry and result in a lot of broken promises and broken controllers. So keep that in mind.
