Platinum Games To Share More Info On Babylon’s Fall Later This Year

It’s safe to say that this is pretty much an announcement for an announcement, but those yearning to learn more about Platinum Games’ upcoming working title, Babylon’s Fall, will be able to get a scoop on the game due for PC via Steam and PS4 either late this November or sometime next month.

Platinum Games is currently busy working on games like Bayonetta 3, and Babylon’s Fall. With their plate full, the company happens to be working on the latter title so that it can be “bold” and offer fans a “new experience” as per platinumgames.com last year.

Seeing that we are nearly at the end of 2019, not much has surfaced on the game, making it all the more mysterious regarding its premise and gameplay structure.

Luckily, though, that should change later this month or when December rolls around thanks to publication site gamingbolt.com.

The website in question relays that Square Enix executive producer Yosuke Saito spoke to Automaton recently and touched on a list of things. However, one thing that’s interesting from the interview is Saito telling Automaton that gamers and fans alike will hear more about Babylon’s Fall later this year.

With all of that said, here’s the official E3 2018 reveal trailer that publisher Square Enix released for Platinum Games upcoming title:

“BABYLON’S FALL – a brand-new project by Square Enix and PlatinumGames – coming to PlayStation 4 and Steam.”

It’s unclear how long Platinum Games and Square Enix have been working on this project, but it won’t be releasing any time soon. According to the given website and trailer, Babylon’s Fall will release sometime in 2019, but I doubt that and think its real due date is 2020 or 2021.

With all of that said, expect this game to release next year or later. Although, if you want to learn more, keep your eyes peeled for Square Enix or Platinum Games to break radio silence these last two months ending 2019.
