Tell Me Why Ramps Up The Current Year Propaganda With Trans Lead

X019 is choke-full of SJW and woke stuff that it makes your eyes want to roll out of your head. Tagging along with current year propaganda at the Xbox Event is Microsoft and Dontnod Entertainment’s Tell Me Why, which is a forthcoming mystery adventure title about a girl that believes she’s a boy working with her twin to solve their troubled past.

Tell Me Why is set in a small town in Alaska, where players must solve a mystery as twins girls. Tyler and Alyson Ronan use their “extraordinary” bond to unravel memories of their troubled childhood, where the former has transitioned into a “man.”

Tyler and Alyson are both playable characters, and according to game director Florent Guillaume, there are choices sprawled throughout the narrative-based mystery title that changes the overall story:

“The core mechanic of the game is the special bond Tyler and Alyson share and is also a theme strongly anchored into the Dontnod storytelling approach. Over the course of the story, players will explore the identical twins’ different memories of key events and choose which memory to believe. Ultimately, the choices players make determine the strength of the twins’ bond—and the future course of their lives.”

Having to virtue signal like X019 shamelessly did for over an hour, Guillaume continued and had this to say about Tell Me Why:

“We are especially grateful to Microsoft for its full support, openness and help regarding Tyler’s identity and character, as a transgender man.”

According to the official memo that Microsoft and Dontnod have sent out to people, the latter boasts that they have worked closely alongside Microsoft and the LGBTQ media advocacy organization GLAAD in shaping Tyler as an “authentic representation of the trans experience,” as well as a “genuine, multidimensional character.” In other words, more current year propaganda that Guillaume further reinforces:

“Tyler is also the first playable videogame hero from a major studio and publisher who is also transgender. “Microsoft and Dontnod have approached Tyler with a real commitment to authenticity,” explains Nick Adams, Director of Transgender Representation at GLAAD. “Tyler is a fully-realized, endearing character, whose story is not reduced to simplistic trans tropes. Creating a playable lead trans character – and taking such care to get it right – raises the bar for future LGBTQ inclusion in gaming.””

Lastly, Tell Me Why will come out as a multi-chapter or episodic game where three chapters will release sometime in summer 2020 and beyond across PC and Xbox One.
