SLR Implements Multi-View, Fleshlight Launch Support For VR Headsets

Virtual reality sucks… except for porn. It seems like the only thing it’s good for is bringing the experience of dynamic boot knocking to the next level, while the software and hardware for gaming continues to lag and suffer from a lack of innovation. To perfectly highlight this point, SexLikeReal introduced a new Fleshlight Launch script and multi-view support for their VR offerings, giving users an even more immersive experience than before.

The new multi-view angles capture the action from various perspectives to help increase the level of pleasure you experience from video, as well as synching the video content with the Fleshlight Launch, which is an automated device that simulates strokes based on what’s being displayed on-screen.

The scene director, Onthetelly, explained in the press release…

“I wanted to explore what a casting couch would be like in the future with augmented reality. By introducing 2D projections into the users’ FOV, you’d get a more intense visual experience, being able to see everything at once. As VR is a new medium, we should explore the possibilities it has, as opposed to limiting our experiences to what ‘real-life’ is like”

The press release also quotes various users who claim that this will be the future of oral copulation in pornography once more sites adopt virtual reality as a standard category for their content.

Of course, the biggest issue is that virtual reality just isn’t widely adopted because it’s not very good.

Tethered solutions like the PlayStation VR limit you to swiveling around in a chair most times, while wireless solutions are oftentimes cumbersome to setup or feel debilitating due to a lack of making use of full body biometrics.

However, cheaper VR solutions like GearVR and Google Cardboard have proven popular on mobile devices due to their cost effective nature and the ability to easily access pornography without any of the bulky equipment required for the higher-end HMDs.

SLR, however, is in the business of providing content for both ends of the market.

They have 5K/6K support for the Oculus Quest, while on the lower-end of the spectrum they offer 4K playback support for GearVR and Oculus Go. And if you do hook up your PSVR to your PC, you can access specially encoded 4K videos for Sony’s headset.

You also get standard 60fps playback as a default for all SLR videos, and up to 90fps playback support for Mixed Reality sets and standard high-end HMDs. If you’re one of the few people with a Valve Index, you can access SLR’s content with up to 120fps playback support.

They even have a section specifically for Japanese VR videos.

If you have a Fleshlight Launch device, and you’re interested in making use of SLR’s new script, you can download the free script from over on the NSFW SLR blog.
