Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Rated In Korea

Reports are going around that Activision’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Campaign Remastered has been rated by the South Korean ratings board. There’s no mention about a release date or what platforms it’ll appear on, only that the campaign mode has been rated.

The news was spotted by GamingIntel.com, who picked up the story from the South Korean rating board’s website.

It clearly notes that it was rated back on February 26th, 2020, and that it’s for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Campaign Remastered.

What’s interesting is that the Applicant is Blizzard Entertainment instead of Activision-Blizzard.

There’s not much else to go on, but Gaming Intel did note that the game has been rated before but was without a release date and is still without one.

Back on March 7th, 2020 they reported that a leaker claimed that Modern Warfare 2: Remastered was going to be released later into 2020. However, Activision hasn’t made any announcements about that yet.

There were also rumors that Call of Duty: Black Ops was also going to get the reboot treatment, so it’s completely up in the air as far as which games are in the works and what’s going to be released later this year.

Typically Activision announces a new Call of Duty between April and May, so we’ll see if they stick to that schedule or mix things up to accommodate for the coronavirus epidemic.

If it’s just a remaster and not a reboot like the recent Call of Duty: Modern Warfare outing from last year then it may not be that bad. But if they have plans on actually rebooting the second Modern Warfare then I can only imagine what sort of Leftist nonsense they’ll fill the game with, especially after that feminist-filled piece of crap they put out last year.
