How Progressive Politics Doomed Spain’s Corona Virus Containment Efforts

For all intents and purposes, Spain has been a royal mess for years. An ever-expanding draconian state has suppressed Catalonia’s succession while actively pushing an increasingly anti-male and progressive agenda that has officially now come to haunt the state following the March 8th Woman’s March.

In order to appreciate the magnitude of what has transpired, we need a bit of history. On February 1st Spain’s National Center for Microbiology officially confirmed the first case of Corona in Spain. He and four other individuals were taken into quarantine after it was confirmed they had come into contact with a German man who had been diagnosed with the virus.

February 12th saw the Barcelona Smartphone Trade Convention cancellation, as reported by NPR — announcement citing the growing fears and spread of the Corona Virus in Spain. Then on February 26th, an entire hotel was placed in lockdown in Tenerife following an outbreak of the Corona Virus.

By March 4th the official count for infected in Spain was 150 confirmed cases, as reported by Euroweekly. Keep in mind the majority of people who get Covid-19 aka Corona Virus effectively carry it and spread it without symptoms. This is especially true among the youngest infected. There is no way to know exactly how many people are at any given time actually infected with the Corona Virus, so 150 is effectively merely the tip of a massive iceberg as each person those 150 came into contact with likely also contracted Covid-19. Covid-19 also remains on plastics for days, remains airborne for hours, and is believed to be able to lie dormant inside the human body reinfecting a person at a later date.

Without a doubt, immediate measures were required to contain the outbreak, but that would interfere with Spain’s progressive agenda. Thus instead of biting the bullet and canceling the massive feminist march on Woman’s Day, they went ahead with it.

KqaT7RN As a result, an unknown number of people were infected with the virus including Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s wife Begoña Gómez, as covered by RT.com… who attended the anti-male march to signal how virtuous she was.

Now that the leftists have had their day and effectively doomed any containment efforts, Spain has announced a partial lockdown that would bar people from leaving their homes unless to get food and other necessities. Entertainment and frivolous pursuits are effectively banned, which is rather strange considering a democratic nation’s government shouldn’t have North Korean tier state powers. Yet when the globalist elite sees their work threatened the mask comes off and you see how much of an illusion democracy is.

Effectively as a result of these measures what we will see from Spain over the coming years will be wide-sweeping changes in the political and demographic voting structure of the nation. People may be terrified now that they believe they could die, but when the panic passes people will realize their government is no different in power from Communist China. That is not historically a revelation elected officials have survived.
