CW and Warner Bros. Entertainment’s Batwoman is a mess of a show, specifically designed to normalize and push lesbianism on mainstream television under the guise of being a super hero show for nobody. It’s a poorly structured, poorly plotted, poorly acted mess that has seen ratings dive since its debut, as reported by Cosmic Book News. Well, the ratings aren’t the only thing hitting the bucket… it’s lead actress is on her way out, too.
E! Online is reporting that Ruby Rose, who plays the eponymous Batwoman and her alter ego Kate Kane, is done.
After a single, abysmal season as the caped, carpet-munching crusader, she decided to hang up her boots and fixate on drapes of a different nature.
The network offered a public statement on Rose’s exit, writing…
“Warner Bros. Television, The CW and Berlanti Productions thank Ruby for her contributions to the success of our first season and wish her all the best The studio and network are firmly committed to Batwoman’s second season and long-term future, and we —along with the show’s talented creative team—look forward to sharing its new direction, including the casting of a new lead actress and member of the LGBTQ community, in the coming months.”
Yes, even though the only way they were able to partially recover ratings is by teasing Batman and Hush, as reported by YellowFlash 2 and Cosmic Book News, they’re still all-in on that LGBTQIA+ agenda.
Centrists™ , however, will continue to claim that “there is no agenda!” it’s quite telling that above all else, the one thing that the producers are concerned with the most – as they were when initially casting for the show – is how much of a lesbian their lead actress is.
The sperglings on Twitter will retort “It’s about representation!” and at that point, they will succinctly affirm that the agenda has everything to do with who someone has sex with and nothing to do with the merit of their acting abilities.
Simply put: the Rainbow Reich want someone whose sexual proclivities in real life matches what they want to inculcate viewers with on the television screen.
It’s all about normalizing in Western culture what a fringe minority do in the privacy of their bedroom.
In some ways, they no longer want their private lives private, but rather exhibited publicly.
They don’t even hide the fact that they don’t care that the show is tanking due to innumerable problems, from casting to cinematography, to writing, to plot development, to character arcs, and yet still the first priority for the producers is getting another lesbian in the role.
I have no idea how or why people continue to support the show, but CW is pushing forward with the second season come January, 2021.
