New Danganronpa V3 Trailer Discovers Characters And Panic Debate

Spike Chunsoft just went up with a new trailer that covers Nonstop Debates, Agreement Points, Lies, Rebuttals, Main Performance and Panic Debates in new Danganronpa V3: Everyone’s New Semester of Killing. The characters that will be in this game are also showcased in the trailer; the initial game will release in Japan on January 12th for PS4 and PS Vita.

The new game introduction trailer for Everyone’s New Semester of Killing covers a lot in a two minute long package. The video comes in, and sits below, after the main site for New Danganronpa V3 was updated. The video below comes in thanks to Spikechunsoft‘s channel.

As for the features detailed in the trailer we learn about Nonstop Debates. This action stands to be an argument between the students during Class Trails triggered when an unclarified issue arises. During this segment the argument progresses on rails as students make remarks constantly, which leads to the player finding inconsistent parts through each argument and shooting Truth Bullets to advance the debate .

There will be a part where you can Agree with others, as well as shoot Lie Bullets at a weak point that will put down an argument that has no contradictions.

Furthermore, when another character refutes the player’s reasoning, a Rebuttal Showdown and Main Performance will begin. The argument escalates by cutting the opponent’s arguments right after another, before an inconsistency appears in their remarks. This is where the Truth Sword comes in to play to refute any inconsistency.

The last feature detailed is the Panic Debate segment. Once in this mode the player must identify the inconsistency among each student talking over another. The core mechanics to this segment is very close to the Nonstop Debate, but finding an inconsistency is much more difficult since multiple characters are providing their points, which will be evident by text and their voices flowing simultaneously.
