Weekly Famitsu Announces New Attack On Titan Game For 3DS

The Weekly Famitsu has provided information regarding a new and “original” game in the Attack on Titan series known as Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death. Not much is known about the game as of this moment, but the new AOT game is said to be an adventure game that will explore more of the world filled with Titans.

Thanks to the blog post on the publication site known as Esuteru, we learn that the Weekly Famitsu has announced that Koei Tecmo’s Ruby Party is currently working on a brand new Attack on Titan game that is said to explore a new spectrum in the AOT world.

As of this moment, the game is only 30% done according to the devs and the publication site Esuteru. However, there are some things that are known about the project entitled Attack on Titan: Escape from Certain Death. The game will be an adventure game, and will let players customize the character they will assume.

In addition to other known features in the game, Escape from Certain Death will follow an “original” story in an old castle. The character that players will take control of belongs to the Survey Corps. It is also noted that in a dire situation after losing their equipment and getting lost in the castle, players are tasked to escape alive alongside well known characters in the AOT series.

Speaking of well known characters, depending on the character you create you will either be accompanied by Mikasa or Levi as your partner. It is also noted that your character will be able to take action in a series of important events that unfold before the Female Titan appears, which means that Escape from Certain Death takes place in the past.

As of now no release date has been announced for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS AOT game, but if you want more information on this project you can head on over to blog.esuteru.com.
