King’s Knight: Wrath Of The Dark Dragon Delayed To 2017

Mobile fans who like playing games on their iOS or Android device will find that the once slated 2016 scrolling-shoot’em up game by Square Enix, King’s Knight: Wrath of the Dark Dragon, has been delayed to 2017. The upcoming game that is also present in Final Fantasy XV will see its 30 years of existence acknowledge sometime next year.

If you’ve played Final Fantasy XV you’ll likely know that the boy band played the classic 1986 game by Square Enix, King’s Knight: Wrath of the Dark Dragon, while on downtime. But, if you happen to want to play the game yourself in an updated form you’ll now have to wait until 2017.

Looking back some, Square Enix announced that the scrolling shoot’em up game for iOS and Android devices would have a 2016 release date, which was announced during Final Fantasy XV Tokyo Game Show 2016. With that said you can check out its older trailer below.

At present, things have changed and folks that were waiting for the game to release before will sadly have to wait extra time before the game drops sometime during 2017.

Furthermore, the game is an upgraded versions of the original top-down shooter version that holds obstacles and enemies that you must shoot away to progress onward while the screen behind you keeps pushing the stage forward.

It’s worth noting that this version of King’s Knight will feature an entirely new story and world, and a multiplayer mode with up to four players for an even bigger experience.

The free to play game will feature some new stuff for players to enjoy, and a small glimpse of the added content can be seen in the screenshot list for King’s Knight. There are four screens to look over for your viewing pleasure.
