Looking to sign-up and play Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands way ahead of its March 7th release date? Well, there’s some good news in that you will be able to play the game early starting on February 3rd through a Closed Beta session held by Ubisoft. Both the actual game and the Closed Beta will launch on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
If you are like me and are leery about this game, or if you are the type that likes to play beta builds and participate in upcoming gaming events, Ubisoft will have a closed Beta for folks to try out starting on February 3rd.
This Closed Beta session will allow players to get a taste of the game well ahead of its release date, and could benefit from your opinions and feedback — assuming the devs are willing to listen.
According to Ubisoft, the team wrote the following note that details where players will be going, what they will be doing, who players will be taking on, and how many players can participate in the Closed Beta when February 3rd rolls around.
“The Closed Beta will introduce players to near-future Bolivia as they explore Itacua, a flourishing and mountainous province. As Ghosts, players will work together to take down key members of the Santa Blanca drug cartel as they dismantle the criminal organization. Similar to the full game, all the content in the Closed Beta will be playable with up to three friends via four player co-op or in single player. Players are free to utilize any variety of vehicles, tactical equipment and weapons to get the job done.”
- To sign up and to participate in the Ghost Recon Wildlands closed beta session folks will need to head on over the game’s official website.
- Once there, gamers will need to pick which platform they wish to play on (that includes PC, PS4 and Xbox One), opening the option for the pre-load process of the Closed Beta to start on February 1st.
The initial Closed Beta will start on February 3rd and will end on February 6th.
