Telltale Games announced that Episode 3: Above The Law, for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, will launch for Xbox One, PS4, PC, iOS, Android and Windows 10 starting March 28th.

The announcement arrived with a new trailer detailing the adventures that Javier, Clementine and the rest of the group will have to deal with in the third episode. You can check out the trailer below.

I suppose I should warn you that the trailer is obviously filled with spoilers since it features a brief recap of the hardships that Javier and the others went through during the last two episodes.

Javier had to deal with the death of his brother’s child while under his care, along with his brother’s wife being near fatally wounded with a gunshot to the stomach.

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier received some fair praise for reinvigorating the Walking Dead after a lackluster second season, but we’ll see if Telltale can keep the intensity intact with the third episode.

The trailer reveals that the tensions between David and Javier continue over from the flashback sequences in the first two episodes, where David and Javier didn’t really get along at all.

One of my only gripes was that no matter what David was portrayed as a douche and Javier was portrayed as a decent fellow who just kind of messed up at times. It would have been a lot more intense had Javier been less of the prototypical good guy and a bit more flawed like Lee. His only major flaws were only recounted by David, but it was hard to take David at face value when David was a douche bag.

Anyway, we’ll see how things turn out for the traveling troupe when they finally encounter David inside the New Frontier.

Episode 3: Above The Law launches for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices on March 28th. Sadly no Nintendo Switch version… yet.
