Looking to get a sneak peek at Sony’s upcoming exclusives, other titles and hardware? If so, fans and gamers alike can receive information early via PlayStation Experience 2017, which will be held on August 5th. The first PS centered event in Southeast Asia reflects that of the one found annually in the U.S. every December, standing to be five months ahead of the latter event.
That’s correct, Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SIES) announced that it will hold the PlayStation Experience 2017 South East Asia (SEA) event in Kuala Lumpaur, Malaysia on August 5th, 2017.
PlayStation Experience 2017 is said to be the first Southeast Asian show that Sony will do. The other events or PlayStation Experience shows are held in the U.S., and originally started in 2014 in Las Vegas, and since then is shaping up to become an event to expand around the globe.
For those of you who are new and have no idea what this means, it essentially indicates that you will be able to gain information regarding all things PlayStation when the event rolls around ahead of the annual December event. According to the official webpage that Sony published, PlayStation Experience 2017 SEA will showcase games from E3 to fans, with confirmed demos set to be playable that include: Far Cry 5, Detroit: Become Human, Gran Turismo Sport, Knack 2, No Heroes Allowed! VR, Everybody’s Golf, and much more.
Whether you attend the event personally or watch it from whatever device you may posses, PlayStation Experience 2017 SEA will sport developers and representatives of various games to take the stage and share insight on upcoming titles, special announcements and giveaways.
