Splatoon 2 Nintendo Direct Event Will Reveal Gameplay On July 6th

Want to see Splatoon 2 and how its weapons and features operate live? If so, Nintendo will showcase the second iteration to the ongoing series, better known as Splatoon 2, and its gameplay starting on July 6th. The event will not only show off gameplay footage but new features, too.

That’s right, the Big N will be showing off the upcoming Splatoon 2 on July 6th. The game will be featured on Nintendo Direct starting from 7:00 A.M. PT / 10:00 A.M. ET / 3:00 P.M. UK time. For curious readers, the above information pertaining to the aforesaid comes in thanks to publication site Gematsu.

In addition to the date and times given surrounding the upcoming Splatoon 2 Nintendo Direct feed that will reveal gameplay, the main website showing off said game is featured with a splash image as seen below.

As it stands now, it seems that quite a bit of people are looking forward to Splatoon 2 and seek to paint their opponents and walk away victorious in the process. If you happen to fit into that same group of people who can’t wait to get their hands on  the game, then it’s best to hold out for the next few days given that the Big N will be showing actual gameplay footage and new features via Nintendo Direct very soon.

As noted above, the Splatoon 2 gameplay will be featured on Nintendo Direct starting from 7:00 A.M. PT / 10:00 A.M. ET / 3:00 P.M. UK time. However, if you are the type that’s not into watching stuff live or if you happen to miss the event, the whole thing will more than likely end up on Nintendo’s main YouTube channel for fans to check out.

Lastly, the actual game itself will be playable later this month, which is currently set to debut on July 21st for the Nintendo Switch.
