Sundered Set To Launch On July 28th For PC And PS4

From the creators of Jotun comes a new game that was covered on this very site on multiple occasions and stands to be Thunder Lotus Games’ Sundered. The 2D action-adventure platformer is set to launch across PC and PS4 come July 28th.

If you happen to like Jotun or the devs behind said game, there is a new and upcoming indie title that will hit PC and PS4 in the next two weeks (as of this writing) named Sundered. Although I don’t advise it, pre-orders start today and include both the PC and PS4 versions of Sundered.

“Sundered is a horrifying fight for survival and sanity, a hand-drawn epic from the creators of Jotun. Resist or embrace.”

Adding on to the brief description listed above, the game rocking a survival/sanity theme, the hand-drawn title sees players assuming the role of Eshe, a wanderer in a ruined world. Trapped in an ever changing cavern teeming with abominable horrors, players will have to harness the power of corrupted relics to defeat gargantuan bosses, at the cost of resisting or embracing humanity.

Moreover, the game features multiple endings, and the game itself is said to clock in around 15 hours worth of gameplay. In other words, 15 hours worth of exploring multiple endings should please the treasure hunters out there, but the true question is will the actual gameplay hold enough quality mechanics to call for multiple playthroughs? Only time will tell.

Below sits the latest video trailer by Thunder Lotus Games. The publisher and developer over the upcoming game, Sundered, launch trailer runs for one minute and 35 seconds in length and can be seen below.

If Sundered seems like a game that you can get behind and play, the official launch for PC and PS4 is set for July 28th. More information can be found regarding both the game and devs by visiting
