Dragon Ball FighterZ appeared at this year’s Gamescom and was featured during a tournament showing off quite a bit of previously announced characters. Published by Bandai Namco and in development by Arc System Works, Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to hit PC, PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2018.
Thanks to publication site ShonenGameZ, five new videos showing the latest tournament featured at Gamescom 2017 comes gameplay videos of Dragon Ball FighterZ. The highly anticipated fighting game by Bandai Namco and Arc System Works is currently a ways out before releasing to the public, but in the meantime you can watch five new videos right here.
Before showing the new gameplay videos, at Gamescom 2017 fans of the game were treated to some new features and recently confirmed fighters such as Super Saiyan Blue Goku, Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta, Android 16, Android 18, Krillin, and Piccolo. The event also provided a small glimpse of the new story mode, too, which next month’s issue of V-Jump will further detail, so stay tuned for that.
Looking back to the five videos posted up by ShonenGameZ YouTube channel, each of the videos tallied up reveal more than three hours worth of gameplay footage. The footage was captured at this year’s Gamescom E-Sports League (ESL) Tournament for Dragon Ball FighterZ, as seen below.
If all of the above looks like something you can get behind Dragon Ball FighterZ will be running a closed beta during this year’s September, inviting you to play early. Dates for the playable closed beta are set to run through September 16th to September 18th; registration for the closed beta is currently live over on bandainamcoent.com.
