Human: Fall Flat, Physics-Based Adventure Game Lands On Nintendo Switch Dec 7th

One of the more original and offbeat games that took Steam by storm was No Brakes Games’ Human: Fall Flat. The game put players in the role of a human attempting to navigate a physics-oriented world using physics-based properties to climb, push, pull, jump. Fall, and scale the environment. Well, the frustratingly entertaining puzzle-adventure game is set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch starting December 7th.

The game will be available as a digital download on the Nintendo eShop.

Tomas Sakalauskas, creator of Human: Fall Flat, mentioned in the press release…

“Human: Fall Flat feels at home more than ever on Nintendo Switch.” […] “Working alongside Curve Digital to get Bob’s dreamscape adventure on to Nintendo Switch was extremely easy, and knowing Human: Fall Flat will be reaching a whole new audience is very exciting!”

You can check out the actual gameplay for Human: Fall Flat running on the Nintendo Switch with the trailer below.

Obviously the best part about the Switch version is the split-screen play. You’ll be able to play the game via the local co-op mode with a buddy, friend or family member. The only drawback is that you will need two sets of controllers to play the two-player mode. This means you’ll need to sets of Joy-Cons not just a single set, or you’ll need two Pro Controllers, or a single Joy-Con set and a Pro Controller.

The game definitely seems like the sort of title that would be a perfect fit for gaming on the go with the Switch.

Nintendo has been home to a ton of unique indie titles since major publishers like Activision and EA have abandoned Nintendo. But given the kind of practices and policies both publishers have been adhering to lately, I say good riddance.

You can look to pick up a digital copy of Human: Fall Flat on the Nintendo Switch for only $14.99 from the Nintendo eShop.
