Bandai Namco and Arc System Works have revealed the first two DLC characters that will appear on Dragon Ball FighterZ’s roster, which happens to be that of Broly and Bardock. The 2.5D fighting game is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
It wouldn’t be an Arc System Works game without character DLC, right? Living up to the previously announced DLC model of sporting more characters across the Dragon Ball Z series, we now have Broly and Bardock set to be playable characters through the first DLC pack.
Thanks to publication site ShonenGameZ we learn that this month’s V-Jump magazine reveals Broly and Bardock will be coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ. The website posted up screenshots from said magazine, which you can look over right here.
The publication site made mention that an in-depth translation will come forth in the near future detailing both Broly and Bardock in Dragon Ball FighterZ. In other words, if you want to know more about the first DLC duo it’s best not to go too far since more info is set to drop soon.
In the meantime while we wait, we do know that Broly’s Super Special Attack is “Gigantic Meteor.” This move will consume three bars of the energy gauge in exchange to fire off a cluster of energy.
As for Bardock’s Super Special Attack, which happens to be “Revenger Assault,” the move transforms him into a Super Saiyan. It is also said that he moves forward with much vigor upon executing this Super Special Attack.
Lastly, a release window for Dragon Ball FighterZ DLC containing Broly and Bardock will be announced sometime next month in March. In addition, Bandai Namco and Arc System Works will further explain the first DLC pack and what gamers can expect.
As it stands now Dragon Ball FighterZ is available to play across PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
