GTA 5 Hitman Mod Adds New Random Single-Player Missions

Rockstar Games has abandoned their duty to update and upgrade GTA V’s base single-player missions. However, gamers have taken it upon themselves to update the game’s single-player content via mods. Enter the Hitman Mod, which is based on IO Interactive’s Hitman video game series and those piss-poor movies of the same name. The mod adds all new random missions to GTA V’s single-player mode.

Modder iLLo released the new mod that you can download from over on the GTA5-Mods.com page.

So what does the updated version of the mod do? Well, you take on the role of Agent 47, and you’ll receive randomly generated targets through your handler. The objective is to track them down and take them out. Sounds easy right? Well, there are a few caveats to consider, such as some of the targets will have an entourage, which might force you to have to use some alternative tactics to overcome them.

Other times they might be involved in a motorcade or have an escort, forcing you to get creative with disabling their vehicle and then eventually taking them out. You can see how the mod works in action with the demonstration video put together by A.Q.U.A.

Now there are a few conditions you’ll need to satisfy in order to complete successful target rendering. For one, you’ll need to make sure that you’re not wanted, otherwise you won’t be able to complete the mission. Additionally, you’ll need to leave the crime scene, and avoid leaving behind lots of evidence.

Given that some missions will have targets wandering around while others may have them in vehicles, it means you’ll likely encounter a wide range of different kinds of hits to procure and complete.

You might also want to check out some of the other companion mods listed on the download page, which will help add a bit of extra immersion to your gameplay session, such as the Weapon Carry Weight mod.

GTA V is available right now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One… but only the Glorious PC Master Race will have access to the Hitman Reloaded Mod.
