Bethesda Game Studios recently announced that it has expanded its presence to help deliver more titles in the future. The new office is stationed in Austin, Texas, and welcomes BattleCry Studios as part of Bethesda Game Studios.
Whatever your thoughts may be regarding Bethesda, it has been disclosed on March 9th that it has expanded in size to help out with delivering more titles in the future.
The company posted the announcement of its expansion on bethesda.net, in which the update elaborates on both the company and BattleCry Studios.
Todd Howard, Game Director and Executive Producer at Bethesda Game Studios, noted vision, ambition and scale continue to increase across their games and calls for the company to grow.
Howard went on and made mention that he’s glad the developers at BattleCry are down to do great things with Bethesda Game Studios. The blurb posted up on the expansion page can be read over below:
“As the vision, scale and ambitions for our games continue to grow, so does Bethesda Game Studios,” said Todd Howard, Game Director and Executive Producer at Bethesda Game Studios. “We’ve had the pleasure to know the talented developers at BattleCry and knew we could do great things together.”
If you don’t know, Bethesda Game Studios Austin is staffed by veterans with experience developing various big games. According to Bethesda, the studio will be managed by Doug Mellencamp as “Studio Director.”
