Memories of Mars is currently set to appear on Steam Early Access this spring, and with its release set to come out this season for PC, the devs have announced a “closed beta 1 test” sign-up session. This beta test process that’s currently going on will be used for testing the game and for gathering crucial feedback.
Over on Limbic Entertainment and 505 Games’ Memories of Mars Steam Early Access page comes a new update post about the game’s “closed beta 1” test sign-up session.
The rules, trial and announcement for Memories of Mars‘ “closed beta 1” test sign-up can be tracked down and thoroughly looked over by hitting up steamcommunity.com.
The page in question reads:
“We would like to invite those of you that have been following us since we announced Memories of Mars back in January to take part in our first closed beta test.”
If you happen to be new and you are picked and seek to know more about the closed beta state of Memories of Mars, keep in mind that the game is still far from complete and still requires a lot of development. In other words, if you run into some bugs and/or glitches it should be expected.
Looking over to those who aren’t invited, but followed the aforementioned steps, it’s worth noting that the team will feature another closed beta test in May. The second closed beta test is said to flaunt an increased player capacity when compared to the upcoming first test.
Furthermore, feedback will be key to help with Memories of Mars’ development. The team even posted the following:
“We’ve been carefully listening to the community since we announced Memories of Mars back in January. We’re looking to deliver the best survival sandbox experience on Mars, hence your feedback is always taken seriously, discussed between us and if possible implemented.”
Lastly, the closed beta will sport European and U.S. servers. If you want to learn more about the whole first closed best test you can hop on over to memoriesofmars.com.
