Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed 2: Deluxe Edition came out a while ago, but some new cheats have emerged for those of you who still put in a bit of play-time with the open-world, stealth-assassin game.
There’s a free cheat trainer for Assassin’s Creed 2 over on the WeMod.com page.
It gives you access to the following options:
- Unlimited Health
- Add Medicine
- Add Bullets
- Add Poison
- Add Smoke Bombs
- Unlimited Knives
- Add 5K Money
The cheats do everything you would expect them to; they give you the option to keep adding 5,000 gold to your coffers ad infinitum. There’s a cheat so that you have unlimited health, enabling you to tank every single shot, hit, and attack from your NPC foes as if you had a granite chin. And then there are the cheats to add additional supplies to your loadout, such as medicine, bullets, poison and smoke bombs.
An alternative set of cheats for the original Assassin’s Creed 2 is also available from Megadev.info.
The cheat trainer comes in a free and premium format, containing the following options:
- +5,000 Money
- Unlimited Money and Items
- Unlimited Mission Time
- God Mode
- No Target
The cheats are very much the same as the ones from WeMod, but they don’t work on the Deluxe Edition of the game. So you might be slightly up a creek with the MegaDev option if you’re planning on using a trainer for the Deluxe Edition.
Assassin’s Creed 2 was considered one of the better outings in the series before Ubisoft devolved into a diversity-central virtue signaler. The best rendition of the second outing, however, was Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, which gave you everything that the second game had but then added in a bunch of extra weapons, armor, upgrades and missions. Nevertheless, if you still have ownership of the second game, it wouldn’t hurt to grab the cheat trainers if you were looking to goof around and have some fun with the game.
You can grab a digital copy of Assassin’s Creed 2 from over on the Steam store page for $19.99.
