The Honor 7X launched in late 2017, but it’s one of Huawei’s most popular unlocked mid-range smartphones. The phone is also going to be discounted during Amazon’s Prime Day on July 16th starting at 3:00pm EST, as noted in a report by Beebom.

The Honor 7X is a 5.9-inch 2.5D glass LCD 18:9 full-view Honor display, it’s constructed with an all-metal seamless body, with an edge-to-edge bezel-less all screen design. It also has a single front bottom speaker, with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 FHD, rear mounted fingerprint sensor reacts immediately, and the finger print sensor can be programmed for other functions such as initiating drop down menus.
Another great feature on the Honor 7X is the split screen function which allows for multi-management operations, the user can run two applications on a split-screen.
Now for the hardware… as noted on the Huawei website, the Honor 7X is based on Android Oreo 8.0 operating system, which allows for a smooth performance for running apps simultaneously, in the United States users receive 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage, while international users receive 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, with a 2.36GHz Octa-core Kirin 659 processor, as well as a EMUI 5.1 that allows for a quick and consistent experience. The mirco SD card slot allows for up to 256GB. The battery size boast of a 3340 mAh battery, for an average daily user, who may take pictures, talk, text, use social media, play music and video watching, can expect about a full day usage of the battery.
The cameras on the 7X is said to be quite impressive, sporting a rear dual split screen 16-megapixel main sensor, and a 2-megapixel second camera, the front selfie camera has a 8 megapixel with both cameras supporting portrait mode. The device also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack port. For those who enjoy using Android Pay, unfortunately there is no NFC sensor for Android Pay. The Honor 7X comes in two main colors, Black, and Blue, for a limited edition the color Red may still be available. The retail price for this smartphone is $200.
