Well, Frostkeep Studios is hoping to capture the imagination and attention of gamers still in the mood for surviving through a Nordic fantasy world with a sci-fi setting and a competitive multiplayer edge.

The game has finally entered into Early Access over on the Steam store for $29.99.

The Early Access run is expected to run from anywhere between six to 12 months, so it may be finished by early 2019 or the beginning of 2020.

They have plans on increasing all of the core content, including adding new creatures, new weapons, more artifacts, and base building.

The core of the game is centered around joining a faction under one of the gods, and battling against the forces of the world to build up a stronghold, defend the stronghold against giants, and fend off other players from taking over. When the world’s cycle ends, a faction will be declared the winner. You can see what the gameplay is like with the Early Access trailer below.

As you can see, you’ll gather your party, fight off wild beasts, tame some of the beasts, craft new weapons, fight even bigger beasts, and construct giant fortresses.

The game allows you to mount the animals of the wild, as well as raid enemy bases to steal their resources of wipe them off the face of the map.

Additionally, for people who hate playing with other people, there is the option to play alone or build out a custom server and setup the admin options so you can play the game the way you want.
