Talk has it that Sony has been working on replacing its current smartphone the Sony Xperia XZ2, with the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ3 mobile handset. There has been a few leaks and rumors regarding what to expect and when the upcoming Xperia XZ3 will be released.
According to Techradar the report states that Sony will not put a notch on the Xperia XZ3, but instead a full HD display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The launch date information is quite sketchy right now, one rumor has stated Sony might launch the handset in late August, while Expertreviews stated Sony could put the Xperia XZ3 on sale in September, yet Androidleo has stated the company might be launching the Xperia XZ3 in the beginning of January 2019, as the title of this article states this is all about rumors and talk, so I suggest stay tune for further information as it surfaces regarding the exact release date.
Let’s talk about what rumors and talk has to say what to expect on the Xperia XZ3 to sport as far as size, specifications and more. Rumor states it will be either 5.7 or 6.2-inch 4K super AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2160 x 1080, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. Runs on Andriod 8.0 Oreo, USB-C connector, MicroSD expansion and IP68 dust and water resistant, the battery size seems to vary, from 3240mAh to 4000mAh. As far as the camera aspect is concerned, the rumors are also sketchy in this area. The rear camera seems to have conflict in the mega pixel numbers. According to Phonearena it could possibly have a 19 and 12mp rear camera and a single 13mp front camera. Other rumors are saying to look for a 21 and 13mp rear camera; all seem to agree the Xperia XZ3 will sport a single 13mp front camera, with Dolby speakers. Three colors will be available to choose from – Black, Copper and Silver Green. The retail price ranges from $649 USD to $830.00, remember at this point the information is basically just talk. Hopefully more information on the Sony Xperia XZ3 smartphone will be presented at the upcoming Japanese Firms IFA 2018 press conference on August 30th, 2018.
