Super Robot Wars V Coming To Switch, Steam Version Due Out This October

Folks that own a Nintendo Switch or happen to enjoy gaming on the master platform best known as PC will be able to pick up Bandai Namco and B.B. Studio’s Super Robot Wars V soon. Starting on October 3rd, 2019, the forthcoming mecha game will go live again.

Avid fans of the series will know that Super Robot Wars V released back in 2017 for PS4 and PS Vita owners. Well, fast-forward by two years and now the mecha game is blasting its way on to PC via Steam and Switch Q4 2019.

You can read over the newly posted tweet featured on Super Robot Wars‘ official Twitter account, announcing to PC players and Switch owners what’s in store next month:

It’s worth noting that you can get your hands on 20 Bonus Scenarios for extra gameplay. In other words, additional content from the previous Super Robot Wars series is added on to the main game.

In addition to the above, upon playing and clearing these distinctive Bonus Scenarios will allow you to acquire the Power Parts for the main game for a tactical advantage.

If you are unaware of this series, the Super Robot Wars games see popular mechs from licensed property come together and battle it out where some familiar characters are good, and others are bad. The series also features works such as The Brave Express Might Gaine and Space Battleship Yamato 2199, along with other well-known IPs.
