Codemasters released a new two and a half minute trailer for the upcoming F1 2020. The trailer features a quick lap around the track in Baku, which is the capital of Azerbaijan. The track gives you a nice tour around the coastal line of the city overlooking the border along the Caspian Sea.
The trailer is completely guilty-free given that Codemasters is one of the only few corporations that did not kowtow to the insane ideological hegemony running rampant throughout society following the riots staged throughout America. It’s due to this that we can proudly say that Codemasters is not on the Traitors of America Master List, even though platform holders such as Sony and Microsoft are.
Anyway, with that out of the way, you can check out the trailer below featuring the 6km hot lap around Baku.
The first part of the trailer highlights the turns, the traps, and the zones. You get an idea of where you can attack positions, where you can defend, and where you’ll need to exercise some mean driving skills.
Eventually we get to see the actual game in motion, and it’s extremely fast, very smooth, and almost terminally fluid.
You can note that there are some pretty cool features present in the trailer, such as full reflective rendering in the side-view mirrors, as well as full dynamic shadow passes and physically based material rendering.
The 60fps gameplay is really the highlight of the trailer, though, showcasing just how lightning fast the racing is and how smooth the car handles.
It’s just a shame that the parent organization, F1, is on the Traitors of America list.
