An external hard drive can be one of the best extensions for your computer. External hard drives offer users a practical alternative for data storage. They can last for years, are portable, and are an inexpensive option compared to SSDs. While there is no specific figure of external HDDs’ life expectancy, they will still surely get damaged over time.
