The Wolf Among Us Season 2 Announced… Again

Telltale went broke back in September of 2018. When the company dissolved some of the projects they were working on got axed or put on indefinite hold, such as the remaining episodes for the final season of Telltale’s The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us: Season 2. Well, Skybound Entertainment stepped in to pay for the final episode of The Walking Dead, while Warner Bros, DC Comics and Adhoc Studios are currently collaborating on the second season of The Wolf Among Us. Telltale Games Purchased By LCG Entertainment, Plans To Re-Release Select Titles

The Walking Dead: Telltale Definitive Series Launches With “Graphic Black” Filter

All Telltale Games Will Be Removed From GOG.com On May 27th, 2019

A member of the GOG.com team informed the community via the GOG forums that all of Telltale Games’ remaining titles on the storefront will be delisted and removed starting May 27th, 2019. If you already own the games you’ll still be able to play them, but if you don’t own the games you won’t be able to purchase or download them from the GOG.com store after May 27th. Telltale Games Begins Major Studio Closure

Telltale Games announced on September 21st, 2018 that it has laid off all of its staff save for 25 employees who will stay on to fulfill the company’s “obligations” to board members and the partners. This likely includes finishing up some of the remaining episodes for The Walking Dead: The Final Season and begin the process of either liquidating assets or looking for a buyer.
