Incidents occur everywhere; among them, some incidents are voluntary, and some are non-voluntarily. It has been going since the existence of Earth and will have been going till the end. As it is concerned with the incidents in the gaming industry, it has dozens of incidents that happened in the world due to the inventions of humans and aired the competitive environment while beating the other games of their ages. It was the 10th of December in 1993 when this game had released. It was the first shooting game that ID Software developed. The enemies were demons from Hell that invaded Doomguy. Furthermore, it was the first game also that we could play with our friends. Its’ first episode was available for everyone who had 9 levels to play, and it was played by 20 million people approximately. The next two episodes were in the purchase order. It was 1995 when its updated version was developed and sold at retail, named The Ultimate Doom. It was considered one of the greatest games that have ever been made. It was a revolutionary game in gaming history.

Japan was the first lucky country where this game was released in March 2000. Approximately after 7 months, it was released in North America in October 2000. After a month, it was available in Europe in November 2000, followed by Australia in November 2000. 150 million units of this game sold worldwide, so it was the best selling video game console of all time.

Sony developed its new lighter versions in 2004 that was named Slimline Models. It was so famous when its successor, The PlayStation 3, was released; its popularity remained the same. Even it had been remained popular into the seventh generation. In 2013, Sony announced to stop its production after 12 years. It is the longest life span of a video game console.
